Our Condo Complex:  Casa de Emdeko

Our condo complex, Casa de Emdeko,  is located oceanfront on world famous Alii Dr., which is the main road that travels through town along the ocean.  The complex is in the best on the island.  Lush tropical gardens  and awesome ocean views are what you will see, smell, and hear everywhere you are. It is a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. It sets far off of the main road for peace, quiet, and safety! It is beautifully maintained. The complex surrounds itself, so, all you will hear is the ocean and the birds! This complex is the most well known and loved in all of Kona! There are vast areas of beach, gardens, and private open space to enjoy. Much like an upscale resort at a fraction of the price. When people come for a visit, they usually make it a spot to come year after year.

The saltwater pool is a once in a lifetime experience you won’t want to miss.  It is right at the oceans edge, surrounded by lava rock . Ocean waves will mist you while you swim!  Totally renovated in 2006, it is spectacular!   It is a one of a kind amenity that no other condo can offer.  Swim and watch the whales swim by or just fall asleep to the awesome sound of waves gently crashing.

                     

There is also a fresh water swimming pool. It is always warm and inviting.  Chairs/tables/umbrellas are there so you can enjoy an awesome lunch by the pool and be steps away from your condo.

A covered pavilion at the oceans edge has  barbeques, tables, chairs, and tiki torches, which burn at night for your entertaining pleasures. There are always friendly visitors and locals to meet at the waters edge at sunset.  This is the best spot to enjoy a memorable dinner, all while enjoying the warm tropical breezes. Awesome  panoramic ocean views and world famous sunsets are the backdrop for your dinner.

There is a lobby with local entertainment information, a library to borrow books, and children’s games and puzzles.  Also, there are full  laundry facilities on site.  Attached to the complex is a convenience store, (which has groceries, deli, and liquor), a flower shop, snorkel/dive shop, and a discount bathing suit store.  It is truly a place that has it all !!! These condos are a great vacation value. This is a place you can enjoy and will never want to leave!!  We also have lots of extra amenities for our guests to use and enjoy during their stay. This will save you the time, effort, and money it would take to buy small items you'd only use once or twice.  We try to supply everything anyone could need during their awesome Hawaiian vacation.
