 A one time $95  cleaning fee and 13.25% Hawaii State Sales tax is added to reservations.  A 50%  initial deposit is required to secure reservations, and the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.  A Visa/MC is also  necessary for bookings as a damage retainer. 5 night minimum stay required.

** The average rate for a hotel in Hawaii is over $200/night.  Having a condo, with all of the extra amenities that we offer for $125/night , is the best travel deal you will find! Extra space, a full kitchen, and lot's of great amenities make a condo your best choice. We are also here to assist you with all aspects of your Hawaiian vacation.  We are a full service business who is always here to help with any questions or needs.  Going to Hawaii can be a low cost vacation in paradise!

*We have lovely 1 and 2 bedroom condos to offer. We are happy to assist with any travel needs or questions. Just ask!  You won't find a nicer place to stay! Our condos are not typical condos.  They are fully supplied vacation homes that have many extra amenities that save guests both time and money.   Beware of condos charging a few dollars less!  Some owners have not updated their units in 20 years. We offer the nicest  condos  you will find in this price range and we offer outstanding customer service. we often can get the best airfare rates on Hawaiian Airlines for our guests.  Just let us know if we can help!  We offer a special rebate to guests who travel on Hawaiian Air.
